Designed for
real life.

Simple, private,
and easy to share.

Built for friends,
crews and communities.

Real plans. Real friends. Real life.
What is Caila

Most social apps show you what your friends did.
Caila shows you what they're doing — and finds where your plans already overlap.

You share where you're travelling, what events you're going to, what activities you're into. Caila quietly surfaces when a friend is heading to the same city, going to the same festival, or looking for someone to do the same thing. The coordination that used to require twelve WhatsApp messages and two weeks of back-and-forth happens automatically. Real moments with real people — with almost no effort.

Caila operates on a simple but powerful idea: if your friends knew what you were doing before you did it, you'd do more of it together.

The plans before, not the photos after.

Most social apps are about broadcasting your life after the fact. Caila is about coordinating it before — turning passive awareness of your friends' plans into real-world moments together.

How it works

You spend less time trying to make plans and more time actually having them.

1

Post your plans

Add a trip, event, or activity to your feed. Where you're going, when, and what it is.

2

Overlaps surface automatically

Caila compares your plans with your friends' in real time. When dates and destinations align, you get notified. No searching, no asking around.

3

Join and connect

Tap to join a friend's plan or message them directly. The moment that used to require twelve messages now takes one tap.

Plan types

Share what you're doing next

Add your trips, events, regular plans, and loose ideas. Caila matches them against what your friends are sharing and surfaces the moments where your worlds overlap.

Happening

Something you do regularly — a weekly run, your usual Friday pub, a regular plan friends can join when they're around.

🎫

Event

A one-off occasion with a date, location, and an optional ticket link. Perfect for gigs, festivals, and things you've booked.

✈️

Trip

A period of travel with start and end dates. Friends see where you'll be and when, unlocking overlaps you didn't know existed.

💡

Float

A loose idea or intention — "thinking of doing this." No date needed. Float it, see who's interested, make it happen.

Loneliness among well-networked people is a real and growing problem.

Mission

To make it easier for people to share experiences with the people they actually care about.

Vision

A world where the gap between "I wish I'd known you were going" and "see you there" doesn't exist. Where staying connected to the people who matter doesn't require constant, exhausting effort.

Why it matters

Loneliness among socially active, well-networked young adults is a real and growing phenomenon. It's not a lack of friends — it's a lack of activation. The infrastructure to turn existing relationships into lived experiences doesn't exist yet. Caila builds it.

Stop missing
each other.

You're going to the same festival.
You just don't know it yet.
